From the RN10, come off at junction D948 Niort,Sauze Vaussais and Civray, at roundabout follow signs for Civray and as you leave Les Maisons Blanches turn next right and the farmhouse is first on the right.

We are 5km from Sauze Vaussais where there is a large supermarket, boulangerie, hairdressers, banks, several bars and restuarants, there are also tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool.

10km from Civray, a lovely picturesque market town, with its twice weekly market, it has a lovely town square where you can sit outside the cafe bars and restaurants, there is also the 12th century church of St.Nicholas with its romanesque square frontage.

15km from Ruffec, which has large supermarkets, shops, banks, restaurants and cafe bars,all the local towns have local markets on various days of the week.
